Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how AI-Jev handles information when you use the Playground, Batch processing, Jev API, account, billing, or support features.

Information we process

• Account information: name, email address, authentication and account status.
• Decision requests: text or JSON state, questions, and criteria that you submit are processed to produce an answer and sent to the model provider configured for the service.
• Saved workflow and usage records: saved Judges, including their names, context, questions, and options; account-linked credit and billing records; and limited technical records needed to run and protect the service.
• Billing information: order, subscription, credit, refund, and payment status. Full card numbers are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by AI-Jev.
• Technical data: browser, device, security, rate-limit, and error information needed to protect and improve the service.

How we use information

We use information to provide decisions, process Batch rows, issue API access, grant and deduct credits, process payments, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, and maintain reliable infrastructure. Submitted text and questions are sent to the model provider configured for the service so it can produce the requested result.

Storage, sharing, and retention

AI-Jev does not save completed Playground, Batch, or API request content and results as account run history. Saved Judges and account, credit, billing, security, and support records are retained as needed to provide the service, protect it, handle payments and disputes, and meet legal obligations. AI-Jev uses Cloudflare and service providers required for authentication, hosting, email, payments, analytics, and model access; we do not sell personal information.

The configured model provider receives the text and questions in each decision request and may process or retain them under its own terms and privacy policy. Review the provider's current policy before submitting personal, confidential, or otherwise sensitive information, and submit only information you have the right to process.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of account data by emailing support@ai-jev.pro. We may need to verify account ownership before processing a request.
